Where is online coaching available? +
Worldwide. If you can film your shot and send it, distance isn't a barrier to being coached properly.
What do I need to submit? +
Footage of your shot from three angles. A phone camera is enough — no special equipment required.
What do I get back? +
A written diagnosis with frame-by-frame annotations and a structured 4-week training block — daily drills, arrow counts, rest days, and clear success markers.
How is the coaching structured? +
In 4-week blocks. You train the prescription, send fresh footage, and get the next block built on what changed.
